Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Locksmith Technician to join our team. This role requires providing automotive, residential, and commercial locksmith services to customers on-site. The ideal candidate should have experience in locksmithing or be willing to undergo training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer locations to provide lockout assistance for cars, homes, and businesses.
• Cut and duplicate car keys, transponder keys, and key fobs.
• Program and reprogram automotive keys and keyless entry systems.
• Install, repair, and replace locks, deadbolts, and security hardware.
• Rekey locks and set up master key systems.
• Extract broken keys from locks and ignitions.
• Troubleshoot ignition and door lock issues for various vehicle makes and models.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep records of work completed and process payments when necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation to travel to customer locations.
• Experience as a locksmith or technician (preferred but not required; training available).
• Familiarity with automotive key programming and key cutting tools.
• Ability to use locksmith tools and diagnostic software for key programming.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency on-call shifts.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
