Demand Generation Campaign Manager (Houston Hybrid)


PROS is looking for an experienced and data-driven Campaign Manager to join our Demand Generation team. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this new role will lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of demand marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue. The ideal candidate will thrive in collaboration with key cross-functional marketing and sales stakeholders and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, ABM, and the B2B buyer’s journey.

A Day in the Life of the Demand Generation Campaign Manager:


Campaign Strategy & Planning


  • Develop and execute integrated multi-channel campaign strategies aligned with business goals, target audiences, and sales objectives to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition
  • Define campaign themes, messaging, and content strategies while setting clear objectives, KPIs, and benchmarks to ensure targeted execution and measurable success


Campaign Management & Execution

  • Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, email, paid media, events, and ABM, collaborating with content, creative, and digital teams to develop impactful assets
  • Optimize lead flow and nurture sequences with marketing operations and SDR teams, ensuring seamless sales handoff while refining campaigns based on performance data


Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as the primary liaison for demand campaigns, ensuring alignment and transparency by communicating strategies, expectations, and performance updates to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and regional marketing partners to refine targeting, enhance engagement, and maximize campaign impact


Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights on pipeline contribution, ROI, and customer engagement to drive data-informed decisions
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and sales funnel analysis, refining strategies to maximize lead conversion and sales opportunities


Required Qualifications - About you:


We are looking for candidates who possess the rare combination of the following achievements, skills and behaviors:

  • 5 years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, or B2B marketing
  • Proven ability to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead nurturing, and the B2B customer journey
  • Experience with marketing and sales platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Outreach) and various digital marketing channels
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and making strategic optimizations
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams


Highly Preferred:


  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology marketing
