Director of Americas Field Marketing (Houston Hybrid)


PROS is looking for an experienced Director of Americas Field Marketing to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, this new role will be pivotal in leading the strategy and execution of high-impact Americas’ field marketing initiatives, ABM campaigns, and partner initiatives directly supporting our pipeline and revenue growth goals. The ideal candidate will build and lead a team of Americas’ field marketers with a deep understanding of sales-focused marketing. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, tactical execution, and strong leadership skills.

A Day in the Life of the Director of Americas Field Marketing:


Field Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Marketing Strategy and Plans: Develop and lead Americas’ field marketing strategies and plans that drive pipeline and revenue growth, focusing on high-impact regional and vertical-specific campaigns
  • Marketing Activities: Collaborate with our sales and alliances & partners teams to implement joint go-to-market campaigns, using field activities to drive high-quality, pipeline creation, bookings and deal acceleration
  • Event Monetization: Ensure that events (industry conferences, roundtables, etc.) are effectively driving pipeline and aligned with business goals
  • ROI Optimization: Ensures optimal to best-in-class marketing ROI. Continuously optimizes, course adjusts and innovates all aspects of the field marketing mix


Account-Based Marketing

  • ABM Plans: Work closely with our digital team to create an omni-channel ABM strategy, collaborating with sales and marketing to identify and target key enterprise accounts
  • ABM Tactics: Design, implement, and continuously optimize omni-channel ABM campaigns that drive engagement and conversion at every stage of the buyer journey
  • Actionable insights & innovation: Use data and insights to continuously refine ABM tactics to further increase pipeline growth, revenue, target account penetration and ROI


Alliances & Partner Marketing

  • Alliances & Partner Marketing Plans: Collaborates with our strategic alliances and partners to develop joint marketing plans and tactics to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue objectives
  • Marketing Activities: Works with our partners to plan and support partner-led marketing activities, including account-based marketing (ABM), data-driven marketing, digital marketing, and events
  • Lead Analysis & Pipeline Health: Reviews and analyzes lead reports with partners to assess the impact of marketing programs on pipeline health
  • ROI Optimization: Ensures optimal ROI for partner-driven investments and activities

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Talent Development: Leads, mentors, and scale the team to ensure that all events and field marketing activities are both yielding returns and aligned to pipeline and revenue growth goals
  • Team Culture: Champions a high-performance culture within the team, driving teamwork, accountability and celebrates our successes
  • Outcome-driven: Champion a data-driven and metrics-focused approach to marketing, ensuring that decisions are informed by data, insights, and performance tracking


Required Qualifications - About you:


We are looking for candidates who possess the rare combination of the following achievements, skills and behaviors:

  • Demonstrated experience in field marketing, account-based marketing, or enterprise marketing roles, with 3 years in a leadership position
  • Proven experience and a strong understanding of B2B mid-market and enterprise sales and buying behaviors
  • Experience leading and scaling go-to-market strategies that directly impact revenue growth
  • Strong background in demand generation and field marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to drive alignment and results
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive marketing decisions and optimizations
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performance marketing team
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
