Position Technical Lead - RM (Back End)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field or a foreign equivalency; plus
- Minimum 8 years of experience in object-oriented design and development with Java, JavaScript, J2SE, J2EE, and/or other object-oriented programming languages as a software engineer or any related occupation;
- Minimum 8 years of experience with using agile software development methodology;
- Minimum 4 years of experience with designing and implementing well-crafted application programming interfaces (APIs) and writing complex database queries to meet product functionality; and
- Minimum 4 years of experience with developing custom solutions using UNIX/Linux shell scripting to aid and automate product deployment.

- Must successfully complete and pass a background check.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Lead the product development for our B2B Pricing Management. The product is a web-based solution utilizing Java, JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting, and SQL Server database.
- Participate in the creation of development and product release plans, design solutions, and lead sizing sessions for development efforts.
- Be involved in multiple phases of hands-on software product development, including design, development, testing, and support for QA and deployment.
- Ensure that the release goes out on time and that the release process is followed correctly by the team (tagging, release notes, etc.)
