Responsibilities:
- Develop actionable sales and marketing plans that align with clients' business goals, leading to increased revenue growth, stronger customer relationships, and maximized ROI
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, achieving a retention rate of 90% or higher while ensuring strategies deliver tangible results that meet the agency's KPIs
- Identify and present opportunities for clients to enhance their marketing strategies through additional services or upgraded plans, driving account growth and fostering client loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to execute strategies effectively and deliver high-quality results that exceed client expectations
- Leverage tools like CRMs, sales dashboards, and performance metrics to help clients close deals, engage leads, and optimize their sales pipelines for sustained growth
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years in sales or customer service, with a proven track record in digital marketing, preferably in home services, landscaping, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong client management, communication, and collaboration skills. Proficient with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot), project management tools (e.g., Asana), and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, WordPress).
