ProScape Lawn and Landscape Services, LLC (www.proscape-services.com) , a leading landscape services company located in Central Ohio, is actively searching for a Production Manager who has extensive experience in commercial / residential mowing, landscaping, hardscaping, and snow removal. Knowledge regarding safety and or OSHA 10 certification is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable.

This position will largely focus on training new field team members on how to perform their new job role efficiently and safely. They will work closely with our Account Managers to ensure the highest quality service for our customers. This position will also be responsible for visiting sites and performing quality site assessments (QSA's). As part of the QSA's, they will have to be able to work with and coach team members on opportunities for improvement. Site Safety Audits, Daily Toolbox talks, and general oversight of the company safety policy is also part of this role.

As a production manager, you must understand and champion our production processes and always be coaching your team members on how to provide a better service, more efficiently. The ability to communicate and propel different personalities to give their best is essential in this role. When needed, this role will be responsible for temporarily filling a crew leader position. This role oversees multiple crews and must be able to keep all crews moving in a cohesive direction to accomplish company wide targets.

Also, as part of this job role, you could occasionally be asked to work hours outside of your standard set hours to appease customer's needs. There will be times that this position would require you to meet with a customer and discuss a project or service that one of the crews is working on. Great customer service skills are a necessity.

Pay : $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
