Duties
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and improve service offerings.
- Utilize Aspire, Glasshouse, WhatConverts and other tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on account performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in Landscape Maintenance sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability in business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
