Job Overview
We are seeking hardworking and dedicated Landscaping Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced outdoor environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our clients’ landscapes, ensuring high-quality results with attention to detail and efficiency. This position requires physical labor, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscaping duties such as mowing, edging, trimming, planting, mulching, and pruning.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools.
- Follow project instructions from Crew Leaders and Management to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ensure job sites are clean and well-maintained before leaving each location.
- Assist in loading and unloading equipment, materials, and supplies for each job.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and use proper protective gear.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Prior landscaping or lawn care experience is REQUIRED.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow directions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
