At Proscia, we push the limits of medicine and technology, solving problems the world has never solved before. About this Position

The Product Operations Lead will be responsible for optimizing and overseeing critical product processes, creating a culture of operational excellence, and ensuring cross-team alignment. This role focuses on process efficiency, release coordination, documentation, analytics, and metrics to empower our product and engineering teams to innovate and ship faster.

What You’ll Do

Working at a startup like Proscia means wearing many hats, but when you come to work, you can expect to focus on the following:

  • Execute, streamline and automate product processes: Own all processes related to releases, focusing on automation and consistency across teams. Leverage AI and other tools to reduce manual efforts, shipping faster and with higher quality.
  • Manage post-release programs: Manage and execute beta testing program with advanced product features, collect user feedback on product releases, support Customer Experience and Product Marketing.
  • Manage metrics and analytics: Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources (Salesforce, Zendesk, Pendo, telemetry, etc.) to provide actionable insights for roadmap planning, pricing strategies, feature prioritization, competitive intel, and product design. Create dashboards and reports that support product, PM, executive, and board-level decision-making, fostering alignment and a data-driven culture.
  • Oversee program/project managers: Manage and support teams responsible for release coordination, ensuring smooth handoffs between engineering, customer experience, quality, and regulatory teams.
  • Drive technical documentation excellence: Oversee technical writing and documentation efforts for regulatory, support, training, marketing,  and more, introducing automation and efficiency to reduce overhead.
  • Accelerate shipping velocity and consistency: Build a culture of accountability for quarterly release schedules, ensuring alignment between engineering, product, commercial, and customer experience teams to meet goals.
  • Enable Ecosystem Partners: Coordinate product integration and release processes of third-party ecosystem partners in support of our Partnerships team.

What We’re Seeking

We’re looking for people who are smart, nice, & get stuff done. Proscia is a high-growth company, and we want entrepreneurial doers that thrive in a challenging environment and are ready to build the plane while flying it. You might be a good fit for this role if you've worked on high-growth product teams, or come from a top consulting or an MBA program.

  • Strong operations background and experience working on or closely with product and engineering teams
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (agile-scrum) and release management processes, with experience coordinating between engineering, customer support, and regulatory teams to ensure timely product launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement automated solutions for process optimization, and familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, etc)
  • At least 5 years of experience managing cross-functional teams, including project/program managers and technical writers, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales, support, and product analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendeck Pendo) to develop insightful dashboards and reports that drive informed decision-making.
  • Track record of fostering a culture of accountability, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding release deadlines and performance targets.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical & analytical concepts to executive audiences
