Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Research Support:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects, reports, and presentations that may be related to apprenticeship and education.
- Work closely with WFD and CS teams to support project initiatives and ensure timely communication to enhance success.
- Facilitate communication between teams by preparing summaries, translating documents (English/Spanish), and scheduling meetings.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, memos, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless information flow and prompt issue resolution.
- Provide backup support for ongoing projects, contributing to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Assist in coordinating team activities and managing project timelines to meet U.S.-based business requirements.
- Currently, be enrolled or a recent graduate of a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work U.S.-based hours (flexible schedule to align with U.S. time zones).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Prior experience (internships, part-time roles, etc.) in administrative, research, or project support roles.
- Familiarity with financial or tax accounting concepts.
- Experience working in a multicultural or remote team environment.
- Complete understanding of both oral and written communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
