Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and articulate a forward-thinking product vision and strategy that aligns with ProScore’s long-term goals and market opportunities.
- Own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional teams, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product initiatives from concept through to launch.
- Foster a collaborative culture, empowering teams to deliver on product milestones and exceed customer expectations.
Market & User Research
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to gain insights and validate product strategies.
- Identify customer pain points and opportunities, ensuring that product development is both market-driven and customer-centric.
Advanced Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution.
- Define product requirements, set priorities, and manage the product backlog to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
AI & Compliance Expertise
- Utilize your expertise in AI technologies and compliance standards to guide the development of secure, accurate, and regulatory-compliant features.
- Stay informed on industry trends and compliance updates, ensuring that ProScore remains a market leader in workforce compliance solutions.
Customer-Centric Product Development
- Act as the advocate for the customer, leveraging feedback and usage data to make informed product decisions and drive enhancements.
- Ensure the product consistently delivers value, solving real customer problems and enhancing user satisfaction.
Performance Metrics & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success, drive continuous improvement, and align with business objectives.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize the product and meet evolving customer needs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress, key milestones, and strategic plans.
- Present product roadmaps and strategic initiatives to executive leadership, fostering alignment on goals and priorities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7 years in product management, with a successful track record of delivering and scaling SaaS products. Experience in RegTech, FinTech, or compliance-focused industries is strongly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of AI technologies, data analytics, and cloud-based platforms. Ability to work closely with engineering teams to define and understand technical requirements.
- Compliance Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of workforce compliance regulations, such as the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and DOL guidelines. Familiarity with complex regulatory environments is essential.
- Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Customer Focus: Deep commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering products that address real challenges and create measurable value.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
