About ProScreen:
ProScreen provides nationwide pre-employment background checks and drug screening services for businesses and organizations. We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented professional to join our team and assist with conducting background checks, drug screenings, and performing error-free data entry. This is an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will be motivated to learn while working in their role and become certified in the background screening profession. Must be able to type well, and have experience using software applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Chrome, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform criminal record searches and analyze results using company-provided software.
- Conduct drug screening procedures in-office and occasionally at client locations.
- Accurately enter and verify sensitive data from online records.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and screening subjects.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all screenings.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be very comfortable using computers, online databases, and data entry systems.
- Strong attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy in reports and screenings.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be reliable and professional in handling confidential information.
- Willingness to train and pursue professional certification in the field.
- Prior experience in background screening, drug testing, or administrative work is a definite plus but not required.
Work Environment:
- Office-based position with occasional travel to client locations for on-site drug screenings.
- Standard Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends.
