What Does An Implementation Trainer Do?
This is a traveling position with temporary relocation to anywhere in the continental U.S. Projects can last anywhere between 8-10 weeks at a time depending on size and scope. The Implementation Trainer is responsible for provider workflow analysis, developing provider preferences, facilitating onsite clinical training and evaluating scribes performance for new scribes at contracted facilities!
We will provide paid training for each project depending on the specialty and your background experience. Some examples include Cardiology, Critical Care, Neurology etc.
*Virtual training hours will be supplemented in between travel projects, pending state you reside in. (Not all states are virtually approved)
What Does It Take To Be An Implementation Trainer?
We seek and value candidates with a passion for healthcare, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to excellence and professionalism. We require a minimum 3 months of previous Medical Scribe experience.
We require:
- Must have at least 6 months of previous medical scribe experience
- Must have previous EMR/EHR experience
- Must be able to temporarily relocate for 8-10 weeks at a time to anywhere within the continental United States (see travel cover & benefits below)
- Must have completely open availability - no commitments with school/internships etc. 100% ability to travel within the U.S.
- Must be able to work full time hours with potential for overtime while on projects
- Must be able to commit for at least 6 consecutive months
We strongly prefer:
- Pre-health career track
- Keyboard proficiency (60 wpm)
- Previous Medical Scribe Trainer experience preferred, but not required

What Does ProScribe Offer?**
Our In Person Implementation Trainer starts at $17/hr plus Overtime and Per Diem eligibility. Additionally, all travel expenses are paid for by ProScribe.
