Position: Exec Sous Chef/CDC
We’re seeking a driven Sous Chef/CDC to lead our kitchen operations, work alongside Chef Gussin, and play a key role in defining Prose’s culinary vision. If you're a leader with a passion for fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and kitchen excellence, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Lead daily kitchen operations with a focus on consistency, quality, and efficiency.
Collaborate on menu development, bringing your creativity and expertise to seasonal specials.
Train, mentor, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team.
Oversee inventory management, food costing, and kitchen organization.
Ensure top-tier cleanliness and full compliance with health and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or CDC in upscale or high-volume restaurants.
Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
Expertise in modern cooking techniques, seasonal ingredients, and plating.
A sharp eye for detail, problem-solving abilities, and a drive for excellence.
Passion for food, hospitality, and leading a team to success.
