Hospitality Operations Leader – Immediate Hire for New Restaurant Opening (Woodland Hills, CA)
Prose Kitchen & Bar is launching in Woodland Hills, and we’re looking for a Hospitality Operations Leader to drive our opening and build a best-in-class guest experience. This is an immediate hire opportunity for a hands-on, floor-focused leader with strong hospitality instincts, a passion for service, and the skills to manage day-to-day operations while scaling with the business.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a General Manager, FOH Director, or Hospitality Leader in a high-volume, service-driven restaurant.
- Strong background in hiring, training, and leading teams—we need someone who can build and inspire a hospitality-first culture.
- A deep appreciation for wine and beverage programs, with a desire to grow expertise and help refine our offerings.
- Strong financial acumen, including labor cost management, P&L oversight, and operational efficiencies.
- Toast POS proficiency and familiarity with modern restaurant systems.
- A problem-solver who thrives under pressure and can adapt quickly.
- Someone who leads from the floor, engaging with guests and ensuring service standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all FOH operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from day one.
- Hire, train, and develop a strong, service-driven team.
- Maintain a strong floor presence, leading by example and setting service expectations.
- Manage staff scheduling, labor control, and daily performance.
- Partner with ownership and the chef team to enhance FOH & BOH collaboration.
- Work with vendors to manage beverage inventory and refine our wine and cocktail program.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and ABC regulations.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture, driving guest loyalty and strong service execution.
