Business Systems Analyst
Location : Portsmouth, NH - Hybrid
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
Our client, A not-for-profit association that has been shaping digital responsibility for over 20 years is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll define requirements, optimize business processes, and support system implementations to improve efficiency and performance.
Responsibilities
Analyze customer needs and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Develop test strategies, execute testing, and support system implementation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define new features or system enhancements.
Provide training and support to end users on new or updated systems.
Monitor system performance post-implementation and recommend optimizations.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve effectively.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience as an operations manager or business process analyst.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira).
Knowledge of technical writing best practices is a plus.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in operations management, business analysis, or a related field.
Up to five years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
