Civil Staff Engineer

About the Role :

Our client is seeking a Civil Staff Engineer to join their team. With a longstanding reputation for excellence in service and long-term client relationships, this is a chance to be part of a high-performing company. You'll work on exciting projects, providing professional services to both private and public sector clients across the U.S.

What You'll Do :

Participate in the design of roads, highways, commercial developments, and subdivisions.

Work on stormwater modeling, permitting, and regulatory issues.

Contribute to quality control, cost estimating, and field construction observations.

Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD for design and modeling.

Occasionally travel for fieldwork and project needs.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

2 years of engineering experience (preferred).

Engineer-Intern certification or ability to obtain within 1 year.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD is a plus.

Experience in design, regulatory compliance, and construction observation.
