Overview : Join our client's team as a Help Desk Analyst to provide Tier 1 technical support for their enterprise applications and infrastructure. This is a short-term, urgent project to support increased user volume for the upcoming fall season. You'll work remotely, assisting with various IT-related tasks, including installations, troubleshooting, and supporting Windows products and email migrations.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise applications and infrastructure.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for both desktop and laptop computers.
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and IT teams on project-based tasks and policy recommendations.
Support labs by demonstrating the use of hardware / software and creating technical documentation.

Windows Products (10 or 11)
Email Migration
Preferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of desktop / laptop imaging, installation, and troubleshooting.
Ability to manage computer lab projects and replacement cycles.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to perform remote installations and support users via Microsoft Teams.
Equipment & Requirements :
Must have your own Windows 10 or 11 computer and smartphone.
Speed test results of at least 100 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload from your work location.
Microsoft A5 license with a Teams phone number will be provided for call handling.
