Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, operating systems, and specialized software applications.
Use Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to monitor, test, and automate processes across the enterprise environment.
Deliver end-user training on operating systems, Microsoft Office productivity tools, devices, and remote accessibility.
Respond to incidents and work requests submitted via the customer support center, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Maintain clear and organized technical documentation for all computing systems.
Communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical users.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience providing technical support in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Customer service expertise , with the ability to support users at all levels and effectively translate technical solutions into user-friendly language.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining high attention to detail.
