Job Description:
We are seeking a Temporary Patient Services Assistant to join our busy specialty group in Sanford, Maine.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and greeting patients
- Chart preparation and scheduling appointments
- Contacting patients with appointment times or rescheduling
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills for internal and external customers
- BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS AND ABILITY TO LEARN SOFTWARE PROGRAMS
- Medical terminology knowledge is preferred but not required
Work Details:
This is an onsite position working Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm in Sanford.
Compensation:
Pay is based on experience, ranging from $20 to $22 per hour.
Salary : $20 - $22
