As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be helping to build and lead their amazing teams.
In collaboration with executive and HR leadership, the Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and implementing organization-wide talent acquisition strategies in alignment with the people strategy and future organizational goals. This position will assist in developing and implementing the Strategic Workforce planning process with senior leadership throughout the organization. This leader will also oversee the Talent Acquisition function where they will foster an environment of continuous improvement in identifying advanced recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, developing strong cross-functional relationships, and reporting on key recruitment and business metrics.
Key Outcomes:
Create a talent acquisition strategy to include organizational workforce planning at the senior leadership level that supports the organizational direction
Develop and refine a hiring process that includes a quantitative and qualitative assessment to ensure the selection of the highest-quality candidates
Develop, implement, and continually improve the essential staffing processes, procedures, and resources for internal and external strategic recruiting, selection, and hiring
Leverage data-driven insights to refine the recruitment process and improve efficiency
Develop and manage recruitment reporting metrics and reports including a report on recruitment activities to SLT
Manage and guide HR Service Center-related activities including completing the hiring process for new employees and new employee orientation
Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team
Drive best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and selection to ensure a high-quality candidate experience and talent pipeline with the Talent Acquisition team.
Oversee the interviewing and recruitment training through the use of tools and technology
In collaboration with Marketing, build the organization's employer brand to share Martin’s Points value proposition for candidates and attract top talent.
Represent Martin’s Point by developing community relationships, partnerships and networks extensively to source candidates for open positions, with focused attention on Southern Maine and Southern New Hampshire.
Develop a diversity/AAP strategy to address gaps in the hiring efforts
Interpret, communicate, and ensure consistent application of company guidelines and procedures
Develop and monitor key talent acquisition metrics that drive continuous improvement based on performance
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Assess talent acquisition priorities based on organization needs by partnering closely with HR Business Partners and key business leaders.
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including new employee orientation, ensuring an effective talent acquisition strategy aligned to the company's business objectives and a thoughtful and cohesive candidate experience.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in Recruiting
Experience in a leadership role
Experience working with all levels of the organization with proven ability to interface well with senior management
Experience in healthcare and/or insurance preferred
Experience in HR Systems including ATS with experience in Workday and social media for recruitment a plus
Project management experiences a plus
Required License(s) and/or Certification(s) required:
PHR or SPHR certification preferred

The salary for this position will be based on experience and compensation includes a bonus structure and generous benefits.
