Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Copier Service Technician II to join our team in maintaining, servicing, and repairing copier equipment at client sites in a timely, high-quality, and cost-effective manner.
This is a contract-to-hire position that requires reliable transportation as you will be traveling to the coastal area, covering Wascaseset, Camden, Rockland, Belfast regions. The role will convert to a permanent position after a successful contract.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance and repair issues at client locations within a designated territory using diagnostic tools, services aids, and product manuals.
- Inventory management and control for tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock; participate in regular inventory checks.
- Ensure compliance with established metrics and benchmarks as outlined in the Field Service Manual.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and equipment through ongoing training and education.
- Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Accurate record-keeping and documentation of service procedures and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Direct service experience with Sharp, Canon, HP, or Konica equipment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other business software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technologies.
