What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior System Administrator position at ProSearch?
Our client, a global IT services provider, is seeking to add a mid-level Windows Server Administrator to their growing team. This Direct Hire role will provide technical support in infrastructure services, responding to issues and assisting in tasks and participate in the monitoring and basic troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.
Additional Job Functions :
- Contribute to infrastructure projects and tasks under supervision.
- Focus will be on Infrastructure based platforms, specialties with Windows operating systems, VMWare Virtualization / ESX, Citrix, Oncall scheduling. Knowledge of ticket, change, RCA and request handling. Experience with Airwatch, Citrix Virtual App installations and infrastructure support, NetScaler, Active Directory, Lotus Notes, and VMWare required.
- Work with the team to address infrastructure-related challenges and meet departmental needs.
- Support the development of infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and records.
