Key Responsibilities :
Job Description Creation & Posting Management
- Develop clear, compelling, and accurate job descriptions tailored to market trends and hiring needs.
- Optimize job postings for maximum visibility across job boards, ATS platforms, and career pages.
- Monitor job posting performance and leverage data-driven insights to enhance effectiveness.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure job postings align with client requirements and attract top talent.
- Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and formatting across all postings.
Staffing & Recruitment Support
Assist in coordinating the end-to-end staffing process, ensuring exceptional candidate experience.Work closely with recruiters to refine candidate sourcing strategies and outreach initiatives.Support applicant tracking system (ATS) management by organizing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records.Implement best practices for job advertising, candidate engagement, and hiring process improvements.Utilize social media to strengthen our brand to attract active and passive job seekers.Candidate & Client Engagement Initiatives
Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage candidates and build talent pipelines.Craft compelling email templates, online marketing presence and recruitment marketing materials.Assist in planning and executing networking events, job fairs, and engagement initiatives.Strengthen client relationships by supporting branding efforts and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.Who You Are :
