We’re seeking a skilled and friendly Front Office Ambassador to join our team.
The Corporate Front Desk Ambassador will be the first point of contact for our clients, customers, and visitors. They will play a critical role in creating a great first impression.
In this role, the Front Desk Ambassador will be expected to serve as the initial point of contact for clients, customers, and visitors, while providing excellent customer service.
- Process clients, customers, and guests.
- Answer telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Read and send emails.
- Collaborate with Executive Administrators daily
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assisting with incoming executive deliveries.
- Maintaining a clean and professional work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Hourly Wage : $25.00 / hr
