Corporate Records Management Consultant
This position is part of Prosegur’s Global Risk Services team and is embedded within a client’s organization.
JOB PURPOSE :
To assist in the development of and ensuring the delivery implementation, maintenance and governance of the client’s Program for Records and Information Management (PRIM) across the enterprise.
JOB DUTIES :
Responsible for supporting the Senior Records & Information Management Specialist to develop, identify, and implement electronic and paper records management strategies, guidelines, and procedures for the enterprise.
This position is responsible to :
- Assist the Senior Records & Information Management Specialist with setting strategy and policies.
- Support completion of EPRIM strategies.
- Collaborate with EPRIM role designees to support implementation of the enterprise program for records and information management across the enterprise.
- Support the client’s records storage related operations for all media types, on-site and off-site storage.
- Develop and deliver records management training via multiple formats to Client’s employees worldwide.
- Assist and serve on various records and information management projects aligning with EPRIM strategies and goals.
- Assist in reviewing and updating the program's manual, learning materials, marketing materials, and policies & procedures.
- Support all aspects of EPRIM defensible deletion initiatives.
- Analyze / deliver reports on EPRIM metrics to the Senior Records & Information Management Specialist.
- Serve as Iron Mountain SME for the enterprise, answering questions, monitor user access, billing, and reporting.
- Foster relationships with all business units, providing problem-solving advice and support to the enterprise for records and information management questions.

Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
