Responsibilities and Duties:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
- Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and log in neat, legible handwriting.
- Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- As a condition of employment, employees must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test, may be required to pass Drivers Record check.
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
- Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
- Help patrol our client’s facilities and prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or other infractions before they occur. Respond to emergencies, investigate disturbances, and help ensure the safety and security of people and property.
- The Account Manager will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
- The Account Manager will act as a liaison between the Client and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and corrective discipline.
- Create officer post/shift schedules utilizing payroll/scheduling system WinTeam; process payroll (normal and special coverage);
- Supervise the recruiting and selection process of new officers;
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State Issued Security License
- Prior Supervisory, leadership, or related work experience.
- Security or related work experience with a solid understanding of the security industry and contract security services.
- Winteam Experience a plus
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
- Able to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
- Must have 2 years of CCTV experience
- Must have 2 years of Badging experience
- Must have one (4) years of experience as a Site Supervisor in Security
- Must have (4) years of experience as a security officer
