We’re hiring a reliable, experienced, Security Supervisos! The persons in this position will maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers by patrolling, monitoring premises, and performing search procedures.
Shifts Include: Sun into Thu: 8 am - 4 pm.
Hourly starting wage: $22.45/hour plus $4.98 H&W Piloben payment per hour for first 40 hrs per week.

Responsibilities:
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
- Able to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
- Must be able to pass a Company Drug test and Background check
- Monitor for irregular or unusual activity
- Secure facility and designated areas
- Enforce facility and company policies and procedures
- Investigate and prepare reports on incidents
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior Security Supervisory experience ( at least 1 year).
- Must have open availability to work all shifts and schedules
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have good communications skills
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Must be able to walk/run flights of stairs on a daily basis.
- Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods
- Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior"
