Security Supervisor
We’re are hiring a reliable, experienced, Security Supervisor! The person in this position will maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers by patrolling, monitoring premises, and performing search procedures.
Hourly starting wage : $21.00 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Supervise assigned Security Officers to include post duties, weekly schedules, time off requests.
- Supervise the site operations under the guidance and support of the General manager.
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
- Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
- Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
- Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
- Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
- Prepare detailed narrative reports and oversee the maintenance of daily activity reports (DARs).
- Monitor and report irregular or unusual activity, implementing appropriate measures to address any identified risks.
- Ensures site safety programs and policies are adhered to properly.
- Display the highest levels of customer service and communication skills to all stakeholders.
- Reports directly to General Manager.
- Must have flexible availability.
- Other duties as assigned.
