Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a region-wide security strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Execute on strategic initiatives to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to our employees and customers. Ensure the proper structure and resources are in place to deliver exceptional and personalized services, high frequency touchpoints.
- Drive profitable growth focusing on the right security sectors that align with our vision.
- Ensure company policies, standards, procedures, and compliance is followed across the Region.
- Lead, develop, and coach a large team across all disciplines and various departments.
- Build a positive culture where everyone is valued and respected. Provide clear direction and purpose.
- Full P&L responsibilities, analyze trends and make operational adjustments, as necessary. Assist with forecasting and budgets.
- Assist with company initiatives and special projects.

Salary : $100,000 - $195,000
