Service Coordinator
Responsibilities :
- Works with customers to understand the scope of field service projects.
- When necessary, prepares and delivers estimates to customers for field service.
- Receives inbound requests for additional material from the field and determines proper course of action with purchasing.
- Manages procurement process and ensures material is ordered and sent to job sites on time.
- Works with customer for scheduling resources at job sites.
- Lead recurring customer meetings by providing timely updates on open service tickets.
- Ensure ticket resolution deadlines are maintained within company and customer standards.
- Tracks and documents change orders to ensure proper billing at project completion.
- Responsible for direction and management of on-site field service crews.
- Works with field service crews to ensure all aspects of job are completed upon check in and check out.
- Ensures accurate records of all field service calls are maintained.
- Reviews all customer billings to ensure accuracy.
- Tracks and maintains records of warranty work.
- Implement continuous improvement of procedures, processes, standards and programs to gain cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned by Prosegur management.
