We are hiring an experienced and dedicated Technology Integration Business Development Executive – Northeast to drive profitable growth by prospecting new logos through marketing and lead generation and harvesting existing customer integration needs in the New England market based in Lowell, MA and surrounding areas.
As a Technology Integration Business Development Executive, you’ll be the tip of the spear when it comes to driving profitable growth across your Area of Responsibility.
Responsibilities:
As a Technology Integration Executive of Business Development, you’ll be the tip of the spear when it comes to driving profitable growth across your Area of Responsibility
- Contacting Prospects to set up meetings for the current and following week
- Focusing on competitive takeaways while also reviewing incoming RFP opportunities
- Partnering with Prosegur Physical Guarding, Global Risk Services and Cybersecurity divisions to create meaningful solutions for Prospects
- Building proposals that include our full-spectrum of offerings through a hybrid solutions approach
- Working with HR and Ops Leadership to identify new leads and game plan market strategy
- Conducting Security Site Assessments to best understand a Prospect’s current program, threats, vulnerabilities, risks and desired outcomes
- Tracking all engagement information in our CRM platform to provide maximum visibility while improving your approach over time
- You see time management, organization, presentations and communications as vital to your success
- You view prospecting and opportunity creation not as a task, but a lifestyle

Job Type: Full-time Experience:
- Business Development: 3 years (Preferred)
- Sales Processing: 3 years (Preferred)
- Electronic Security Integration Sales or Estimating: 5 years (Preferred)
- RFP: 2 years (Preferred)
Pay Structure:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 base pay per year, based on experience. Car allowance included.
Commission Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) eligible. On target yearly earnings (OTE) with SIP can range between $90,000 - $140,000
