Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle campus recruitment process, including vetting applicants, conducting first-round screenings, advancing strong candidates, maintaining appropriate pacing, keeping the team informed, extending offers, and preparing for onboarding.
  • Work alongside the broader HR and PR Development Program team to develop and implement a campus recruiting strategy to attract top talent into Prosek’s PR Development Program.
  • Track and sustain an active and warm talent pipeline for Prosek’s PR Development Program.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with external university career services, alumni organizations, student organizations and diversity groups.
  • Represent Prosek, virtually and in-person (when possible), at campus recruiting events to identify top talent.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day of Prosek’s PR Development Program including but not limited to the overall structure of the program, professional development, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and staffing of apprentices.
  • Assist and support with recruiting for full-time agency needs on an as needed basis.


Required Skill Set

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (creating and managing projects and sending personalized InMails).
  • Solid ability to conduct interviews and represent the agency well.
  • Experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing and reference checks).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a “no job is too big or too small” mentality.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to prioritize and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. Greenhouse).


Professional Background

  • At minimum 5 years of experience working in a campus recruiting and program management capacity.
  • Prior creative agency experience preferred.
  • B.A. or B.S. in a related field.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000. An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, new business commission, paid time off, and other benefits.
