Overview :
The Director of Finance will collaborate with account leads across the firm and be a strategic partner to the Head of Agency. This person will be a solutions-oriented resource responsible for evaluating and reporting issues related to financial statements, budgets, over servicing and projections, along with ensuring that business processes are followed and that client accounts are properly resourced and profitable. The Director of Finance will report to the head of the agency and Chief Financial Officer, and work closely with internal stakeholders to provide financial clarity.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $130,000-$155,000. An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, new business commission, paid time off, and other benefits.
