- Execute With Excellence: Drive disciplined execution of our claims handling playbook to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure claims are resolved in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner by adhering to established processes and industry best practices.
- Lead and Develop Your Team: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, building a high-performing team of adjusters who consistently deliver results. Mentor and coach adjusters to adopt innovative strategies and execute on resolution plans with urgency. Foster a culture of accountability, encouraging team members to embrace challenges and exceed expectations.
- Streamline Operations: Evaluate current claims handling processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Drive disciplined adherence to operational standards, ensuring claims management aligns with company goals and compliance requirements.
- Strategize and Innovate: Use data-driven insights to identify trends, assess performance, and refine strategies. Lead the implementation of innovative claims-handling solutions that improve closure rates, reduce costs, and enhance the client experience. Drive execution of key initiatives that position ProService as the leader in workers' compensation claims management.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with senior leadership, compliance teams, and other stakeholders to align claims strategies with broader organizational objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to elevate our claims management practices.

The pay range for this role is a base salary of $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, this role includes a variable component based on performance, with on-target earnings (OTE) of up to $200,000.00 per year.
