WHAT YOULL DO
As the General Manager of a $50M business unit, you will drive market expansion, innovation, and profitability in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. You will take full ownership of strategy, execution, and performance, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence. In this high-impact leadership role, you will optimize pricing models, spearhead go-to-market initiatives, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance client acquisition, retention, and overall business efficiency.

Own and scale a $50M revenue product offering, optimizing pricing models, client acquisition, retention, and operational performance to drive double-digit annual growth.

Develop and execute bold go-to-market strategies, product differentiation, and pricing models that maximize profitability.

Drive new business growth, improve customer retention, and unlock new revenue streams.

Streamline operations, reduce costs by at least $1M annually, and increase key performance metrics by at least 10% within the first six months.

Partner with finance, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless strategy execution.

- Achieve $1M in low hanging fruit gross profit improvement and improve three key KPIs by at least 10%.
- Build a business plan that positions the unit for long-term, sustained profitability and market leadership.
- Lead pricing and retention strategies, optimizing the book of business for profitable growth and client satisfaction.
- Deliver high-impact winsthrough strategic partnerships, client expansions, or game-changing innovation.
- Build & execute a roadmap that aligns with ProServices broader growth strategy, setting the stage for multi-year scaling and industry leadership.
