WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Manager, Solutions you will lead a team of Solutions Analysts responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and scalable system configurations for ProService clients. Your role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring adherence to standard solutions, and enhancing client satisfaction through technology-driven efficiencies. You will focus on optimizing processes, leveraging automation, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration to enhance scalability.
- Daily Operations Oversight: Manage the day-to-day activities of the HRIS Provisioning Team, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to timelines. Monitor performance metrics, provide real-time feedback, and coach team members to improve outcomes. Serve as an escalation point for complex configurations and client-specific issues.
- Client-Focused Execution: Ensure the team delivers accurate and timely solutions that align with client expectations and promote the adoption of self-service tools. Engage directly with clients as needed to address unique requirements or resolve challenges. Provide support for intricate client training sessions in collaboration with Implementation Consultants.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, foster professional growth, and address skill gaps through training and certification programs. Uphold ProService core values, hiring and retaining staff who align with these principles.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Act as a liaison between the Provisioning Team and other departments, ensuring alignment on priorities and governance of standard solutions.
- Process Optimization: Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Partner with offshore vendors to augment workstreams effectively and reduce low-value manual tasks. Evaluate and implement system features and integrations to meet evolving client needs while minimizing custom or non-standard solutions.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams, with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Minimum of 5 years in HRIS administration, configuration, or similar roles with hands-on experience in system implementation, configuration, and support, ideally PrismHR.
- Demonstrated ability to interact directly with clients to resolve escalated issues, gather requirements, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Strong background in managing day-to-day team operations with an emphasis on delivering accurate, efficient, and scalable solutions.
- History of successfully partnering with internal departments, such as Sales, Implementation, and Service Delivery, to align on goals and deliver comprehensive solutions.
