You’ll represent the ProService brand through every phone interaction—answering questions, solving problems, and guiding employees through our systems with clarity and empathy. What You’ll Do
As a Relations Specialist I, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for employees calling in with HR-related questions. You’ll represent the ProService brand through every phone interaction—answering questions, solving problems, and guiding employees through our systems with clarity and empathy. You'll work cross-functionally with HR service teams, ensuring that every employee receives timely, accurate, and professional support.
- Manage Inbound Calls: Handle a high volume of inbound calls from employees, responding to HR inquiries and routing complex issues as needed.
- Resolve Employee Concerns: Provide clear answers on payroll, benefits, tax withholdings, and other common HR topics while ensuring issues are fully resolved or escalated.
- Support Self-Service Navigation: Assist employees in navigating HR systems (e.g., HRP, UltiPro, Prism HR, iSolved) to complete tasks independently when appropriate.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Process updates and verifications related to employee records with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Escalate calls or open support cases using Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate case handling.
- Proven success in a high-volume, customer-facing role
- Demonstrated ability to maintain poise and professionalism under pressure.
- Strong verbal communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
