Join ProShine as an Exterior Cleaning Lead Technician and oversee top-quality exterior cleaning services, including pressure washing, window cleaning, and roof washing. You’ll manage job sites, train team members, and ensure exceptional service while working outdoors.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Crew – Supervise, train, and motivate technicians for high performance
- Deliver Top-Quality Work – Perform pressure washing, roof cleaning, window washing, and more
- Be the Client’s Go-To Contact – Ensure clear communication, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
- Prioritize Safety – Follow and enforce OSHA standards and company safety protocols
- Own the Process – Plan daily tasks, manage equipment, and oversee job completion

- Leader & Problem Solver – Experience in facility maintenance, exterior cleaning, or a similar field
