Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the ProShop ERP Sales Team. This role is all about energy and speed! You will work with the Sales team to hit our company’s sales goals. As an SDR, you will spot potential clients, create new business opportunities, and keep those leads flowing through the sales pipeline. This role involves making a lot of cold calls at a high velocity. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company
  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients
  • Contacting and qualifying potential clients
  • Follow-up with previous contacts (nurturing leads)
  • Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress toward meeting sales goals.
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Austin, TX area
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable converting cold conversations into new opportunities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: Pay Rate: This compensation range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to geographic locations, job family, job-related skills, experience and relevant training or education, business and organizational needs.

US: $80,000 OTE annually
