Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Temp Provider Sourcing Specialist with a focus on sourcing dentists for temporary and permanent placements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships with dental professionals, a keen understanding of dental industry trends, and the ability to manage the recruitment pipeline efficiently. Please note that this is a temporary position with no guarantee of permanent employment.
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties include, but are not limited to:
Source and Recruit Dentists: Actively identify and attract dentists for roles across our network by utilizing various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Build Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified and interested dental professionals to fill immediate and future staffing needs.
Screen Candidates: Conduct initial screening and evaluation of dentists to assess their qualifications, credentials, and cultural fit with ProSmile.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing them with an excellent recruitment experience and keeping them informed about relevant opportunities.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with regional hiring managers and clinic leads to understand their staffing needs, provide candidate recommendations, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Market Analysis: Monitor dental labor market trends and competitive sourcing strategies to stay ahead in attracting top dental talent.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to industry regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Previous experience in talent acquisition, particularly in healthcare or dental recruitment. Knowledge of sourcing strategies and screening processes for dental professionals is a plus.
