ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Proactively solicit our real estate agents who are partners/members of ProSource Mortgage for residential mortgage loans
- The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for loan origination, processing, and providing exceptional customer service
- Conducts interviews with prospective borrowers in order to analyze financial and credit data to determine customer financing objectives;
- Advises customers of product/pricing policies and guidelines and gathers any additional required information;
- Continually identifies, develops and maintains a quality network of personal and business relationships that serves as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities;
- Ensures exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements;
- Demonstrates a commitment to professional ethics
- Participates in job specific training and other various bank training programs as required
- Complies with all Federal and State Laws and Regulations including BSA, AML and all bank policies and procedures
- Process Loan file yourself: We do not have an in-house processor. Loan Officers can process his/her loan files themselves. You may also hire a third-party Loan Processor if you need
- Other duties as assigned
Pay
- W2 - $5,000 per month – plus commission on every loan closed/funded
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (after training you have the option to work remote)
Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Loan origination: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Active NMLS license TX (Required)
