Job Brief We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist our operation with a variety of tasks tailored to our company's requirements. Key responsibilities include entering Bill of Materials into the operating system, issuing Pick Tickets, generating shipping labels, and maintaining a well-organized and tidy workspace. Additionally, this role involves problem solving, handling miscellaneous filing, and providing exceptional customer service. Knowledge of valve manufacturing and supply chain procedures is highly advantageous.

- Organize and enter Bills of Materials into the operating system.
- Created and load Secondary Processes onto the Bill of Materials.
- Generate and Dispatch Pick Tickets for the Warehouse.
- Schedule shipments, print labels, and invoice outgoing orders.
- Update internal databases (Epicor Prophet21 and SharePoint) with important order details.
- Cross-Train with Purchasing Administrator duties.
- Assist with document filing processes.
- Answer calls directed to the main office line. Requirements and Skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage several orders simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of supply chain procedures.
