Shifts: Day Shift (3x12 hour shifts) Overnights (3x12 hour shifts) Rotating weekends

REQUIRED: Licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist

The role involves providing therapeutic interventions to adults experiencing a mental health facilities in a 24-hour psychiatric center. The ideal candidate has inpatient psychiatric/behavioral health experience:

Job Duties:

• Create a wellness and recovery-oriented environment
• Offer direct services to consumers and their families
• Develop treatment and safety plans, educating team members on recovery strategies, coordinating services with other programs and agencies, applying trauma-informed care
• Monitor the therapeutic environment, maintaining documentation, and overseeing program operations in the absence of the supervisor.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
