Overview
ProSource Talent is actively seeking an Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse for our Brand NEW Program.
ProSource Talent requires all interested applicants must have experience working in a psychiatric setting, treating severely mentally ill patients, to include detox.
Shift: Must be able to work 5X8 hour shifts (Day shift) Monday-Friday with a weekend rotation.
Compensation: Applicants must be okay with the specified compensation range. Salary will not exceed $190k and will be based on a combination of years of experience and education/certifications.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience supervising a team of Registered Nurses & Nurse Practitioners
- ANCC certification in psychiatry
- Current New Jersey License
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments, including IV insertion, while monitoring patient responses.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and document patient progress.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment options and health management.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in patient care.
