ProSource, a leader in the right of way, acquisition, and relocation industry, is searching for Right of Way Agents. Headquartered in Minneapolis, MN, ProSource is poised for expansion and growth. We are seeking Right of Way Agents for positions located in the Minnesota area.
Description
The Right of Way Agent position is to assist in landowner and permit agency negotiations for the acquisition of real estate right- of-way.
Responsibilities & Essential Job Functions
The Right of Way Agent will be responsible for the following Tasks :
- Leading project management oversight from initial assignment to completion, formulating project logs and preparing reports and special studies as needed.
- Lead / supervise negotiations with property owners and agencies and personally negotiate when required.
- Conduct title abstracting in court houses.
- Direct relocation advisory
- Represent company and client at public hearings when required. May present testimony as an expert witness in court appeals.
- Any other task as assigned.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
Pay Range : $275-$325 per day; To determine final compensation, experience will be measured by considering prior work experience or activities that are related to this role. Here at ProSource we carefully consider a variety of factors some of which include job size & complexity, required experience, knowledge and / or skills.
