Oversee the Kitchen & Bath Help Desk
- Monitor and respond to K&B Help Desk emails.
- Process purchase orders for all kitchen and bath orders, for our seven showroom locations.
- Partner with our Accounts Payable staff to resolve invoice questions.
- Support our designers and customers by taking ownership of issues such as backorders, shipping dates and damage replacements.
- Assist the Ordering Dept with general ordering and confirmations.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An interest or background in Interior Design is a plus!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness
