What You'll Do :
- Welcome & Assist : Greet and sign in showroom visitors, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they enter.
- Support the Team : Help our Account Managers by facilitating the sales process, managing payments, updating order statuses, and answering inquiries.
- Showcase ProSource : Explain the benefits of ProSource to prospective clients (trade professionals and homeowners) and invite them to explore our showroom.
- Schedule Tours : Arrange appointments for showroom tours with potential new members.
- Update Displays : Keep the showroom floor fresh and inviting by updating product displays and pricing.
- Maintain Excellence : Work with the sales manager to ensure a consistent, top-notch customer experience and keep the showroom in pristine condition.
