What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of 15-20 employees, driving them to reach and exceed their sales potential.
- Strategize & Achieve: Ensure profitability goals are met and surpassed by strategically assigning leads and territories and implementing innovative sales methods.
- Develop & Coach: Track and analyze sales performance, guide your team, and develop actionable plans for success.
- Recruit & Train: Attract, onboard, and nurture new team members using our comprehensive training processes.
- Optimize & Promote: Select and display the best products for your market, plan exciting showroom events, and stay ahead of industry trends.
