We are a locally owned, thriving Phoenix business looking for a highly organized and energetic person to join our team as a Showroom Coordinator . We are seeking a career-minded, quick learner who enjoys working in a friendly, fast-paced environment. We need someone who is not afraid to interact directly with our customers and is organized and able to handle multiple tasks while taking pride in their work. This person should be a proactive, positive problem-solver to help make our team even better and more productive!
Job Responsibilities
- Merchandising the showroom - working directly with the Store Manager and Merchandising Director
- Updating the showroom pricing and material displays as needed
- Working with Vendor Reps on incoming samples and discontinued item removal
- Ensuring the sales team knows when new products hit the floor and where they are located
- Managing sample check-in / outs and ensuring materials are where they should be
- Assisting with incoming phone calls to the showroom
- Welcoming and checking customers into PALM
- Keeping the showroom clean and tidy, which includes bathrooms and the break room
- Other duties as determined by showroom needs
Ideal candidates will have experience working in a sales environment and possess a working knowledge of stocking procedures. Additionally, the candidate should be highly organized, energetic, career-minded, friendly, and a quick learner focused on assisting the sales staff and customers. In addition, candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent
This position is hourly, eligible for overtime, and includes paid vacation and holidays. This position is also eligible for full benefits this inclusive of Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k, and has great opportunity for advancement.
